§ Mr. Nigel Lawsonasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether she will make it mandatory for all National Health Service spectacle frames displayed by opticians to be clearly labelled "NHS" in order to help prevent unwary customers choosing expensive frames through inadvertence.
