§ Mr. Steenasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) how many and which institutions are exempted from registration under paragraphs (a) and (c) of the Second Schedule to the Charities Act 1960;
(2) which, or which groups of, charities are excepted from registration under the Charities Act 1960 by order or regulation.
§ Dr. SummerskillInformation about charities excepted from registration under these provisions in the Charities Act 1960 is not kept in the Home Office and I would suggest that the hon. Member should approach the Charity Commissioners direct.
