HC Deb 30 April 1974 vol 872 c406W
Mr. Roderick

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services what facilities are provided in hospitals in England and Wales for the treatment of, and research into the causes of, migraine; and if she will list those hospitals involved.

Dr. Owen

Facilities for the treatment of migraine are widely available in general hospitals. There are also a number of specific projects for research into migraine, and these would normally be linked with service facilities. I am aware of projects at Southampton General Hospital, Hull Royal Infirmary, Walton Hospital, Liverpool, and Newcastle General Hospital.
