§ Miss Joan LestorIf at any time any person against whom there is evidence of a criminal offence in respect of such matters in Rhodesia comes within the jurisdiction of the courts of this country, it will be for my right hon. and learned Friend the Attorney-General to consider whether criminal proceedings should be commenced.
