§ Mr. William RossOf the 26 applications lodged under the 1973 FEOGA144W Individual Projects Scheme five were from agricultural co-operatives or groups of farmers and eight were from fishermen; 13 applications have been submitted under the 1974 scheme of which one is from a group of farmers and nine are from fishermen.
