§ Mr. William Hamiltonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what plans he has for increasing the provision of geriatric beds in Fife over the next few years; and by how many beds this provision will fall short of the total requirement estimated for 1980.
§ Mr. William RossThe present plans are to provide 240 additional geriatric beds in Fife by 1980. This will leave a requirement for 36 beds on present estimates and the Fife Health Board will be considering how to meet the deficiency.
