§ Mr. Robert C. BrownRetirement pensions are subject to certain continuing conditions and, before each payment is made, pensioners have to confirm that these conditions are satisfied. This prevents automatic payment direct into a giro or bank account. But if my hon. Friend knows of difficulties in a particular case I will of course be glad to look into it.
