§ Mr. AlisonLocal authorities customarily provide any necessary services for haemophiliacs as part of their arrangements for disabled people generally. As regards mobility, haemophiliacs in an eligible category already enjoy a special concession in relation to provision of cars under the disabled persons' vehicle scheme.
