§ Mr. Barnesasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what discussions he has had with the Greater London Council about the arrangements he proposes to make to control the flow of traffic from the new extension of the M3 on to the A316.
§ Mr. SpeedDiscussions have been held between officers of the Department and the Greater London Council. Various measures will be adopted to control the flow of traffic. These will include the138W temporary restriction to two lanes of the eastbound carriageway of the M3 west of Sunbury.
