HC Deb 24 May 1972 vol 837 cc399-400W
Mr. Alfred Morris

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services what representations he has received from the Disabled Drivers' Association concerning his announcement on the vehicle service for disabled people; what reply he has sent; and if he will make a statement.

Mr. Alison

Representations were made in two letters dated 15th May about the procedure for paying the allowance to those who opt to run their own car instead of having a three-wheeler from the Department. Replies have not yet been sent, but I will send copies to the hon. Member as soon as they are issued.
