§ Mr. McElhoneasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what steps he is taking with regard to the delay in building the health centre in Glasgow, Gorbals.
§ Mr. Gordon Campbell:Because of difficulty in dealing with rental terms it has taken longer than expected to complete work before tenders could be invited for construction of the health centre. As soon as agreement is reached with the prospective occupiers on the proposed rental charges, invitations will be sent out.
