316Wwater undertaking of the Aldeburgh Borough Council and £15,000 for the water undertaking of the Leiston-Cum-Sizewell Urban District Council. The West Hampshire Water Company paid £10,000 plus the amount of outstanding loans and the value of stores, plant and equipment for part of the water undertaking of the Lymington Borough Council. The price to be paid by the Essex Water Company for the water undertaking of the Chelmsford Borough Council was not specified in the order authorising the transfer but was left to be agreed between the parties. The amount of the settlement reached is understood to be £1,264,562.
