asked the Secretary of State for the Environment what steps he proposes regarding a tour of Rhodesia by the Welsh Hockey Association.

Since there is no question of a grant from public funds, this is essentially a matter for the Welsh Hockey Association. In the Government's view such tours are undesirable in the present circumstances and the Welsh Hockey Association will no doubt consider its position in the light of this.
