§ Mr. Michael HeseltineThe work of preparing the Severnside Study was carried out by officials attached part-time to the Central Unit for Environmental Planning. It would not be practicable to separate the cost of this work from that of their other duties. I am informed by Her Majesty's Stationery Office that the cost of printing and publishing the Study was £11,995.
