§ Mr. Armstrongasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what proposals he has for assisting local authorities to acquire land from the National Coal Board and British Rail in order to proceed quickly with the clearance of derelict land.
§ Mr. Michael HeseltineSome difficulties which have arisen between local authorities and these bodies are currently under discussion. I shall consider the position in the light of the outcome.
