§ Mr. Biffenasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what representations he has received from the National Farmers' Union on the working of the Restrictive Practices Act; and what proposals he has to meet the situation created by the recent ruling of the Restrictive Practices Court concerning recommendations by the Union to members concerning prices of farm supplies.
