§ Mr. Anthony StodartNo foreign vessel may fish within our three-mile territorial limit. Some countries have historic rights under the European Fisheries Convention to fish for certain species in certain areas of the outer six-to-twelve mile belt of fishery limits, but none of them employs factory ships.
