§ Mr. PriorIn the short term I do not expect the Import Levy Scheme to lead to any significant increase in the price of bread. I cannot give a forecast over the longer term since movements of cereal prices are notoriously difficulty to predict. In any case I understand that the cost of flour represents less than 30 per cent. of the retail price of bread.
