HC Deb 04 May 1971 vol 816 c305W
Mr. Jopling

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services how many accident cases involving tourists have been admitted to Westmorland County Hospital in each of the last five years; how many of these accidents happened on the fells and mountains; what were the average number of beds occupied by these cases during each year; and what proportion of the total beds available in the hospital was occupied by them.

Mr. Alison

I regret that this information is not readily available and it would require a disproportionate amount of staff time to obtain it.
