asked the Secretary of State for Social Services how many chronically sick and disabled people in the London Borough of Waltham Forest take advantage of the season ticket facility for payment of prescription charges.

The number of prepayment certificates issued by the North-East London Executive Council valid for six months and 12 months respectively, was 1,236 and 809 in 1969 and 1,046 and 1,019 in 1970. Waltham Forest is one of the five London boroughs included in this Executive Council's area.
