§ Mr. Dudley SmithA number of organisations which negotiate on behalf of their members have made representations concerning their difficulties in obtaining registration under the proposals in the Industrial Relations Bill because438W of their chartered status or incorporation under the Companies Acts. The Government are now considering how to amend the Bill to facilitate the registration of such organisations.
