§ Mr. John DaviesProspective purchasers for the assets of Upper Clyde Shipbuilders Ltd. should approach the Official Liquidator. Some such approaches have been made to him. However, I cannot properly disclose the nature of these approaches. The Government do not rule out the possibility of financial assistance to purchasers.
