HC Deb 30 October 1970 vol 805 c210W
Mr. Elystan Morgan

asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if, in view of the fears felt in the agricultural industry, he will make a statement as to the minimum transitional period which Her Majesty's Government would be willing to accept for British agriculture in the event of the United Kingdom joining the European Economic Community.
