§ Mr. Dudley SmithThe latest authoritative information is given in Report No. 89 of the National Board for Prices and Incomes, published in November, 1968, which noted that there had been a steady increase in the number of agency branches in the G.L.C. area in recent years and in 47W the number of firms. My right hon. Friend has received no formal evidence on this subject and he is not contemplating an inquiry or legislation.
