§ Mr. AmeryLocal authorities have submitted proposals for the provision of 26 dwellings for the disabled since Section 3 of the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act, 1970, came into force; and it is known that a number of further proposals are under consideration. Authorities have, of course, been making provision for the disabled by the erection of purpose-built dwellings long before the passing of this Act.
