Mr. Urwin

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment what was the total sum paid in housing subsidies to public housing authorities in the Northern Region in each of the past five years, and the amounts paid, respectively, to the urban district councils of Houghton-le-Spring and Seaham, and to the county borough of Sunderland.
