§ Mr. Juddasked the Minister of Technology whether he will make a further statement on the industrial, technological and scientific consequences for Great Britain of not entering the European Economic Community with particular reference to alternative courses.
§ Mr. Benn:I would refer my hon. Friend to the discussion of these issues in the White Paper "Britain and the European Communities—An Economic Assessment" (Cmnd. 4289)—and particularly paragraphs 70–78 and 105–108, to which at present I have nothing to add.
