Mr. David Howell

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will obtain from chief constables reports showing a breakdown of police recruits in England and Wales last year in terms of their educational attainments, under the headings graduates, two or more A levels, five or more O levels, under five O levels and no O levels, respectively.
