§ 60. Sir B. Jannerasked the President of the Board of Trade what regulations apply to the flying of kites which are dangerous to aeroplanes; and what steps are taken to bring them to the notice of the younger members of the population.
§ Mr. Goronwy Roberts:Under the provisions of Article 61(1) of the Air Navigation Order 1966 a kite may not be flown at a height of more than 200 feet above the ground level or within three miles of an aerodrome without the permission in writing of the Board; no special steps have been taken to bring these regulations to the notice of the younger members of the population.
