§ Mr. Speedasked the Secretary of State for Social Services how many infants up to two years old died of cot death or other unexplained causes for the years 1966, 1967, 1968 and 1969, respectively.
§ Mr. Crossman:Deaths of infants are not normally assigned to the category requested and I therefore regret that the information is not available, but there is some information about such deaths in a report entitled " Confidential Inquiry into Post-Neonatal Deaths 1964–66" which has just been published by my Department.
