HC Deb 11 May 1970 vol 801 c219W
78. Mr. Donnelly

asked the Secretary of State for Wales upon what date he proposes to hold his inquiry into the proposed increases in harbour dues at Tenby.

Mr. George Thomas:

I cannot give a firm date because under the Harbours Act, 1964, 42 days are allowed for representations to be made about the objection lodged by the Tenby Harbour Users Association and what thereafter would be reasonable notice of the inquiry will depend in part on whether any such representations are received.
