HC Deb 04 May 1970 vol 801 c5W
46. Mr. Bryant Godman Irvine

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make a statement on Anglo-Cambodian relations.

64. Mr. Winnick

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make a further statement on Anglo-Cambodian relations.

Mr. M. Stewart:

I have great sympathy for the Cambodians in their difficult situation, which is the consequence of a quarrel to which they are not a party. On other aspects of the situation there, I would refer my hon. Friend to the answer I gave to a Private Notice Question by the right hon. Member for Kinross and West Perthshire (Sir Alec Douglas-Home) on 1st May.
