§ Mr. Prenticeasked the Secretary of State for Employment and Productivity whether the review of the functions and organisation of the Central Training Council recommended by the Estimates Committee has been made.
§ Mrs. CastleI appointed a small committee in February, 1969, under the chairmanship of the right hon. Frank Cousins to undertake this review and to make recommendations on whether any changes were necessary. I have now received the report, which is being given urgent consideration. I am arranging for it to be published.
