asked the Secretary of State for Scotland what total lengths of motorway and all-purpose dual carriageway trunk roads have been added to the Scottish road programme since 1965; and what lengths of motorway and all-purpose dual carriageway trunk roads were, or he estimates will be, in use and under construction, respectively, in 1965, 1970 and the mid-1970s.
