§ Dr. Dickson MabonThe Government's plans for dealing with the most important of Scotland's housing needs were outlined in the White Paper "The130W Older Houses in Scotland—A Plan for Action" of July, 1968, and further explained in subsequent debates on the Bill for the Housing (Scotland) Act, 1969. Under the Act the local authorities are now developing their proposals for assessing and meeting the needs of their areas.
