asked the Minister of Technology whether he will make a statement about the supply of steel to Northern Ireland.

The position on steel supplies in Northern Ireland is no different from that obtaining in the rest of the United Kingdom, but if the hon. Member has any particular problems in mind I will ask the industry to look into them.
