§ Mr. CarmichaelWe hope shortly to be able to make an announcement about advance factories in the intermediate areas. As my hon. Friend said in the Adjournment debate on 3rd March the needs of the Hull area are being borne in mind. I cannot say more at this stage.—[Vol. 797, c. 362–82.]
