§ Mr. Ellisasked the Secretary of State for Employment and Productivity what action has been taken by her Department in the labour dispute at Newlyn Harbour.
§ Mrs. CastleI would refer my hon. Friend to the statement given in reply to his Question of 18th December, 1969. As an outcome of the inquiry which I appointed into the dispute between the Harbour Commission and the Transport and General Workers' Union a basis for settlement was reached and a resumption of work took place on 6th February.
