HC Deb 09 February 1970 vol 795 c245W
66. Mr. Snow

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether his Department has as yet received copies of depositions from the North Worcestershire Coroner in the case of the death of the child, Angela Lea; when the hon. Member for Lichfield and Tamworth will receive his further advice on this case; and why his Department did not previously take advantage of the rule governing coroners' courts, which permits the supply of copies of depositions to appropriate persons.

Dr. John Dunwoody

I wrote to my hon. Friend about these points on 4th February.
