§ Mr. CrossmanHaving carefully studied the new evidence submitted, I have found myself able to repeat the assurance I gave to my hon. Friend in reply to her Question on 14th April, 1969, that no teaching hospital makes treatment conditional on the patient consenting to participate in teaching. A directive from me is therefore not called for.—[Vol. 781; c. 785–7.]
