§ Mr. SharplesIn certain cases, arrangements for the policing of motorways have already been co-ordinated between different forces. My right hon. Friend is in regular touch with chief officers of police on this matter, but he would not feel justified in pressing them at the present time to set up regional organisations for motorway policing.
