HC Deb 11 December 1970 vol 808 c201W
Mr. Ronald Brown

asked the Secretary of Stale for the Environment if, having regard to the wide publicity being given to extracts from the Report present by Dr. John Greve on homelessness in London, he will undertake to publish the whole report forthwith.

Sir K. Joseph

I have been asked to reply.

Under the arrangements made by the then Secretary of State in March, 1969, it is not open to me to do so. The agreement made with the Centre for Urban and Rural Studies when the study was commissioned reserved publication to the Centre. Professors Cullingworth and Greve accept that publication is not a matter for the Government. I have, however, been in touch with them to urge the earliest possible publication.
