§ Mr. MaudlingI have received representations from charitable and sporting organisations which benefit from schemes of the kind which have now been ruled to be unlawful. I recognise the anxieties of such organisations at the loss of a substantial source of income and I am considering as a matter of urgency how far the law should be changed to enable organisations which are not run for private gain to benefit from income from174W these or similiar sources subject to suitable safeguards.
