§ Mr. Cledwyn HughesIn December, 1969, the Commission suggested to my Department that additional financial incentives were required to arrest the decline in home-produced mutton and lamb. The Commission was told that its views would be taken into account in the Annual Review.

§ Mr. Cledwyn HughesWe certainly want to see a recovery in flock numbers and the increase of 3d. in the guaranteed price this year should help to provide further resources and encouragement to all sectors of the industry.
