§ Mr. MacCollMy right hon. Friend has had this practice examined. It is a simple method of transferring houses which on balance has certain advantages, particularly in a time when there is a shortage of funds to lend for house purchase. But it is important that the terms of a transaction should be clearly stated and adequately recorded.
