§ 75. Mr. Hefferasked the Minister of Transport if he will refer the 100 per cent. increase in Liverpool parking rates as proposed by the Liverpool Corporation Development and Reconstruction Committee to the National Board for Prices and Incomes; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. MarshI understand that this is only a proposal from the Development and Reconstruction Committee to the Council, who have not yet considered the matter. I would not wish to make any statement which would prejudge the Council's decision.
