§ Mr. Stodartasked the Secretary of State for Scotland how many motorists were apprehended in Edinburgh under Section 2(4) of the Road Safety Act, 1967, during 1969, up to the latest date for which information is available; how many of these were required to provide a specimen of blood or urine for a laboratory test; how many specimens provided contained blood alcohol exceeding the prescribed limit; and, of the specimens not exceeding the prescribed limit, what were the lowest, highest and average figures, respectively, of blood alcohol recorded.
