§ Mr. MulleyThe Forth Ports Authority has sent to me and to the National Ports Council copies of a report by the consulting engineers, who at the authority's request have recently carried out a detailed survey of the lock. The report describes the defects in the lock and suggests measures which might be64W taken to deal with them. The implications of this report are now being discussed by the authority with officials of my Department and of the National Ports Council.
