§ Mr. Peter Walkerasked the Minister of Transport what toll charge will be made at the Severn Bridge following the introduction of decimal coins on 1st January, 1970.
Mr. Bob BrownNo change is to be made in the amount of the toll charged for crossing the Severn Bridge on 1st January, 1970 when the half-crown will be demonetised. The position on full decimalisation in February, 1971 is under consideration.
