§ Mr. RossThe Study Report recommended a primary road and transport network for 1990, with a general indication of phasings but no detailed programme. The commissioning authorities are now carrying out further investigations to determine the detailed phasing of works up to 1980. The longer-term recommendations will be kept under review.
